TRAVEL SOCCER

The team setup will include weekly training and weekend games that will require some travel to other local teams grounds that play in the Cosmopolitan Junior Soccer League.
Please note that the format “U followed by age” really means that age and younger.
For example, U8 should be read as 8 and younger. The age matrix for the 2024/2025 season is;
U6 = born 2019 (Recreational league/Academy program & Next Gen travel program)
U7 = born 2018 (Recreational league/Academy program & Next Gen travel program)
U8 = born 2017 (8 players needed for the team)
U9 = born 2016 (12 players needed for the team)
Below is a summary of what a travel soccer enrollment looks like.
10 month commitment (Sept 2024 - June 2025)

Fall season

2 x weekly training sessions in Williamsburg (exact location TBC as this is subject to permits)

Weekend games at various NYC locations in the Cosmopolitan Junior Soccer League

U8 4v4 - 6 event season - CJSL and Club Hosted

U9 7v7 6 game season - CJSL and Club Hosted

Season starts September 2024

Winter season

1 x weekly training session indoors

Tournament play at one of the soccer facilities in the local area (Sofive, Socceroof, Global etc)

Additional practice on tournament weeks
