NYC Guidelines we are following

Starting March 7th New York City Mayor Eric Adams lifted the Key to New York and mask mandate for schools stating that masks will no longer be required on public school grounds for kindergarten to 12th grade students, however masks will continue to be required for all settings with children under 5 years of age (where none of the population is yet eligible for the vaccine).

Our position on mask requirements for the indoor soccer classes.

As the winter indoor term is midway through and many players and parents registered due to the requirement of masks to be worn, we are going to keep the masking policy until the end of the term on March 24th for all players, parents and guardians 3 years and up. To confirm masks will still need to be worn until March 24th.

For our spring outdoor classes, masks will be optional for players and parents.

For our spring indoor classes, the mask policy is still to be determined and we will announce this closer to the date just in case the mandate changes again.

Player and Coach Safety

This is our number 1 priority, therefore we have introduced a number of safety measures to try and keep everyone safe.

- All coaches and staff will be required to wear PPE (face masks)

- Parents will be required to wear a face mask at all times indoors until March 24th

- All kids above the ages 3 and up are required to wear a mask while indoors at all times until March 24th

- We will not utilize bibs/pinnies during class

- The players will play games that will limit contact with each other

- No hands in at the end of class
